We will ask questions regarding your general health. It is important that we know if you are currently taking any medications either prescription or over the counter.

Commonly asked questions are do you have asthma, bronchitis,or any heart problems? Are you taking any type of anti-depressants? Instructions given are nothing to eat or drink past midnight the night before your appointment, dress comfortably and expect to be in our facility approximately 3 hours.

As a courtesy we ask that you do not bring children to our facility. You must provide us with government issued picture identification. If you do not have government identification you must sign an affidavit that you are over the age of 18. Minors must have parental consent.
